What’s your favorite part about the culture at Ehlert Bryan?

I have spent the last 30+ years of my career at Ehlert Bryan; first as a Design Engineer and now as a Principal. One aspect I have enjoyed and worked to shape is our sense of community. To be a successful business in this industry, you need to work hard, be trustworthy and provide a quality product. To achieve this as a firm, you need great people willing to also work hard, grow technically and be devoted to providing their absolute best every single day. I have watched people grow technically and develop into excellent engineers, drafters, and support staff.  It brings me joy watching and helping this process.
