GEORGE
R. EHLERT, PE Mr. Ehlert, as a
principal of Ehlert/Bryan, Inc., is responsible for directing Structural Engineering services on
all projects within the Southfield, MI office. Project types include commercial, office, retail,
medical, educational, institutional, light and heavy industrial, parking structures, structural
renovations, and historical restorations. His thirty years of Consulting Engineering experience
have enabled him to develop a special expertise in conceptual structural design, with particular
attention placed on integrating the structure with the architectural design.
WAYNE C. BRYAN, PE Mr.
Bryan is the co-founder of Ehlert/Bryan, Inc. which was formed in 1981 to provide consulting
structural engineering services. He is
well qualified and had experience in the design of commercial, institutional and residential
structures. He has extensive
experience in office buildings, parking garages, adaptive reuse, churches, municipal, government,
retail, renovation and the alteration of existing buildings. His geotechnical education and general experience
in mechanical and electrical systems also make him suited to existing building evaluation
work.
THOMAS A. BOUFFARD. PE
Mr. Bouffard is a principal of Ehlert/Bryan, Inc. with over 29 years in the field of structural
engineering. He is experienced in the design and contract document production of a wide variety of
building types including retail centers, office buildings, schools, hospitals, parking garages,
residential housing and renovations with primary emphasis on concrete and steel high rise office
buildings. He has worked with virtually
all structural systems found in current construction including post tensioning, flat plate concrete and
composite structural steel. He has a
thorough understanding of construction economy and its applications. He brings enthusiasm, experience,
and a solid client commitment to each project.
JASON B. SPARROW, PE Mr. Sparrow has been with
Ehlert/Bryan, Inc. since 1995 and became a Principal in 2005. He has experience in design and production of
contract documents for a wide variety of structures, including hospitals, museums, office buildings,
retail centers, churches, schools, hotels, fire stations, and various types of residences. He is
knowledgeable of the design, and detailing of structures composed of various building materials
including steel, precast and cast-in-place concrete, masonry, and wood.
